Kirchuffs Atengble is the Executive Director of PACKS Africa, an organisation he founded as a young person in 2017. With 8 years of leadership experience, he has driven impactful interventions for government agencies in Ghana and across Africa. Kirchuffs is committed to evidence-informed decision-making and has supported initiatives to strengthen the capacities of young leaders and ecosystem actors. He has worked with organisations like CDD Ghana, GRAAD Burkina, YALI Africa and the AEN’s Advisory Group, promoting collaboration and capacity strengthening.
With basic professional French competencies and networks across Anglophone and Francophone Africa, Kirchuffs positions himself to advance strategic support for capacity strengthening in the use of evidence for policy, practice and socioeconomic development across the continent. He was recently elected Chair of the Africa Evidence Netowrk’s (AEN) Council of Chairs, representing West African members of the network.
