Knowledge generated from our research informs improvements of the systems we investigate, sometimes in the form of Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis. Interventions that are recommended from these research activities are mostly to introduce change at the individual, organization and/or systematic levels, which constitute our core work in knowledge management.
We engage in the research on knowledge and information systems for our partner organizations within the African continent. With our cold jetties being to influence the uptake of research, evidence and general knowledge in policy-making processes common we investigate knowledge and information systems with the aim of discovering positive and negative trends within these systems.
Feedback received from our previous projects confirm our conviction that our work illuminates the level of satisfaction desired by our partners.
