The Youth Employment Evidence and Insights Hub (YEEIH) is a pan-African consortium comprised of the Pan-African Collective for Evidence (PACE), PACKS Africa, the Centre for Rapid Evidence Synthesis (ACRES), the Africa Evidence Network (AEN), CommsConsult Ltd., Effective Basic Services Africa (eBASE), the Ethiopian Public Health Institute, the Future Evidence Foundation, and LARTES-IFAN. Together, we are partnering with the Mastercard Foundation to advance their Young Africa Works Strategy, which aims to help 30 million young people across Africa—especially young women—secure dignified and fulfilling employment.

By supporting the provision of synthesized evidence services to the foundation, this initiative aligns closely with PACKS Africa’s commitment to youth-led evidence-to-policy efforts, where we work alongside African governments to enhance research and evidence uptake in policy decision making. Our focus is on supporting programmes that improve public sector reform and management, ultimately increasing human development opportunities across the region.
